We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the relevant item has not already been fulfilled. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled because processing or fulfilment may already have started.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Product prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law.

Our standard shipping structure may include a £3 flat shipping rate for orders below £75 and free standard shipping on qualifying orders of £75 or more, subject to the shipping options and rates displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, and standard delivery is generally estimated at 6–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, destination conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be fulfilled from different locations and therefore arrive in separate packages.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, branding, logos, graphics, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to GLOBGRIP LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and GLOBGRIP LTD.
